I also forgot to mention while coming to see if they could correct their mistake and being told I had to wait for the effects of the Botox to wear off naturally, I was also informed that it should wear off quicker than 4 months because they only use one unit spread over multiple zones. So not only do they not know how to correctly place Botox and blame you they also use far less and rip you off. I’ve been coming here for years and suspected it wears off quickly as I had it done in another clinic and it lasted longer. Truly awful clinic. Charissa the only good physician has left and the receptionist are the only nice people here. Again do not come waste your money!

DO NOT COME HERE! Botox placement was wrong and gave me extra wrinkles and made me look older! customer service is terrible. I came in they just told me to tell the person where to inject it properly next time as though it’s my job. Acknowledged it was their fault didn’t even get a sorry. Don’t let them near your face.
