Drs. Pouneh Samadi

This review was removed for some shady reason: I’ve been going to Unicare Cosmetic Clinic for a Yumi Lash lift treatment for almost 3 years now. I wrote a rave review. I have very thin and straight lashes. Mascara doesn’t do much so a lash lift treatment was such a nice discovery. However, January this year, I came in for a treatment (probably my 8th at Unicare) and the girl treating me (1st time by her) took forever to get my lashes onto the shield. Blaming my thin straight lashes. I noticed the treatment took almost 20 min longer than previous treatments but didn’t think much of it. My lashes looked nice, a bit too curly, especially my left eye. After a week or two my lashes started to take on crazy shapes, pointing up, down, sideways. Bending almost 90 degrees. I was also losing lashes. Resulting in me ending up with very few lashes, pointing in crazy directions. Mascara was not an option, only made it worse. I contacted Pouneh, the owner. She advised me to use castor oil and just let them heal. She didn’t know what happened while to me it was obvious at that point. I had consulted the web and a real lash expert. She looked at my lashes and told me the chemicals, for lack of a better word, were left on too long leaving my eyelashes completely burnt. It took 5 full months for them to get back to normal. Thinner and more weak but at least straight. I never received a real apology, you know, SORRY. Pouneh did offer a treatment for free. Hesitant at first I went back, insisting she treated me herself. She did and it looked nice. I was happy. A couple of weeks ago, with my faith in Unicare restored, I came in for another treatment. Pouneh wasn’t there. I should have left, unfortunately I didn’t. Another woman treated me. After telling her about my bad experience and that I was nervous because of it she assured me she knew what she was doing. This lady also took her time, having issues with my short, thin and fragile lashes (even more so because of Unicare, thank you!). After the treatment I noticed two lashes were pointing straight down. I told her about it and she casually replied: ‘Oh yea, those I couldn’t’ get onto the lash shield’. What the hell? Not one for confronting people, I shrugged, paid and thought to myself: I am never coming back here. Surely, two weeks after the treatment, my lashes are in bad shape and I’m losing more lashes than ever. And I didn’t have that many to begin with….hence the treatment. I am writing this review because I want to warn people for this place. I can’t review their other treatments but don’t get a lash lift here. Especially when your lashes are thin like mine. The people working there, with the exception of Pouneh maybe, simply don’t know how to work with this type of lashes. I’m not sure what it is. They are unfocused, probably untrained. They really didn’t seem to care about the damage done. I’m also starting to have doubts about the products they use…not only my lashes but also the skin around my lashes look a bit damaged, bumpy…Really afraid they are damaged permanently this time and that this isn’t a case of growing them out and all is good. I have to take some of the blame too. I was stupid enough to go back and give it a second chance, which I’m all about. I like to see women starting businesses and I want to support that. Mistakes are human. But this place damaged my lashes twice now, maybe for good. The women who ruined my lashes both still work there, I live nearby so sometimes look inside. So that’s why I’m writing this review. To prevent others form having a bad experience! I don’t think they will get fired over a bad lash lift. But I’m on the other side of this, with my lashes completely ruined. I can only hope they heal. I won’t let someone touch them ever again. Instead I will invest in a good mascara…if I have any lashes left :(.

heel blij met de visie, er wordt geadviseerd en goed naar de wensen geluisterd. Eerder terughoudend dan standaard de wensen opvolgen, tevreden met de goede resultaten en er wordt vooral gekeken naar natuurlijk resultaat. Benaderbaar en gastvrij. al met al super tevreden

ALS JE JE GEZONDHEID IN GEVAAR WIL BERENGEN EN JE GELD WEGGOOIEN, DAN MOET JE BIJ HAAR ZIJN. Mijn vrouw is 30-april-2025 is bij haar langs geweest voor een zogenaamd Sculptra behandeling t.w.v. €450 waarbij zij de overdatum's naalden gebruikte.(zie foto's). In elke zakje zit 10 naalden en bij deze behandeling heeft Pouneh Samadi, 2x zakjes gebruikt. Gelijk na de behandeling mijn vrouw vraagt of zij de naalden kan beijken. In paniek probeert zij de sticker van de ene zakje te verborgen door het gooien van een zakje naalden op de sticker, terwijl de sticker van de 2e gebruikte zakje te zien was. (Zie de sticker van de 2e zakje op de foto. Foto is beetje vaag, maar de productiedatum en einddatum van naalden zijn goed zichtbaar. Einddatum naalden waren nov-2023). Mijn vrouw komt achter dat OVERDATUM'S NAALDEN gebruikt zijn bij de behandeling en maakt gelijk een foto. Toen mijn vrouw vroeg waarom heb je overdatum's produsten gebruikt, zegt Pouneh in paniek dat die naalden zijn nog goed en zij BEWAART ALLEEN DE NAALDEN IN DE OVERDATUM'S ZAKJES EN DIE ZAKJES ZIJN NIET VOOR DEZE NAALDEN....!!!! en vertelt zij alleen onzin verhalen... > welke gezonde mens, opent de zakje van de nieuwe naalden en bewaart deze nieuwe naalden in een zakje van overdatum's naalden van 2x jaar geleden? En waarom dan niet in eigen zakjes?... is alleen een rot verhaal die pouneh kan je vertellen en geen andere gezond mens. Thuis bel ik haar en zij vertelt mij ook dezelfde kut verhaal. Totaal onzien. Toen mijn vrouw vroeg om haar geld en vertelt haar dat je met de gezondheid van de mensen speelt, zegt pouneh met een arrogante toon, dat je krijgt gen geld van mij en doe wat je wilt.... totaal absurd. Tot de dag van vandaag kon ik nooit geloven dat ook in NEDERLAND zulke oplichters zijn, die erg onmenselijke omgaan met de gezondheid en geld van de patienten. Ik dacht altijd dat de gezondheid van patienten boven allesbeschermd gaat worden door allerlei controlerend instanties. Om dit soort oplichterijen te voorkomen, de zaak wordt overhandigd aan een advocaat en wordt juridisch vervolgd....

Voor de eerste keer in m’n leven dat ik mij relaxed heb gevoeld tijdens een pedicure. Ik kom hier al een tijdje voor behandelingen en het is een super fijne plek. Fantastisch personeel en altijd vriendelijk!

Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over mijn ervaring bij unicare clinic. Bij Drs.pouneh samadi, vanaf het eerste contact voelde ik me welkom en professioneel behandeld. Het intakegesprek was duidelijk en eerlijk; de arts nam de tijd om al mijn vragen te beantwoorden en gaf eerlijk advies over wat realistisch en geschikt voor mij was. De behandeling zelf verliep vlot en pijnloos. Het team was deskundig, vriendelijk en zorgde ervoor dat ik me op mijn gemak voelde. Het resultaat is subtiel en natuurlijk – precies wat ik wilde! Ik krijg veel complimenten, maar niemand merkt dat ik een behandeling heb gehad, wat voor mij een groot pluspunt is. Ook de nazorg was uitstekend. Er werd goed opgevolgd en ik kon altijd terecht met vragen. Ik kan deze kliniek van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare en professionele plek voor cosmetische behandelingen.
